Last night my friend, Sam, and I decided to do some fishing. We were finishing up an after-dark round of disc golf, when he spotted a bunch of crawdads crawling around in a pool. I grabbed a broken window screen and a fishing pole, and we headed down to the ditch. Although the stated purpose was to catch crawdads for bait, we soon realized we were having more fun doing that than we normally did fishing. It was also much more successful. After casting and reeling many fruitless times, we gave up on the idea. The crawdads still left in the water in the bottom of Sam's tackle box, darted gleefully away, rejoicing at the survival of yet another day. This kind of activity is good mental rest after being sane, logical people for entire days. Lest we should go completely out of control, there is a class called Time Management. There, we will learn to make schedules and plan ahead so that 4 hour papers don't take us by surprise the night before they are due. It will also be crucial to use our time wisely on the field and to set goals, so that we are more effective in accomplishing the task of communicating God's truth to those who have never heard.

Sounds like you are able to have some good times in spite of all the school you are immersed in. You need those Time Management classes so you can manage time for fun.

AuthorWe are normal people who believe that God would have us serve Him in Brazil. We are saddened by the existence of people who do not have access to the gospel due to their location and language. We want to live among such a people group and plant a church among them, shepherding the believers as they grow to maturity. Archives
